As the tech lead, you will be responsible for the overall engineering activities in our post-revenue SaaS startup. You are joining the company at a very exciting stage: In the next two years, we are preparing the company to go from Seed to Series A. You will drive this process from a technical perspective by preparing the application for scale. In order to achieve this goal, you will lead a team of 3 remote engineers from day one and will grow the team over time. You will report directly to the founder and work together with the C-suite to make your impact in the multi-billion Euros after-sales OEM market.

Tasks

• Hire and lead an incredible team of remote engineers. Be the technical role model

• Take responsibility for our system and architecture

• Run our CI/CD activities

• Build bulletproof integrations with third-party APIs

• You will be coding 80% of your time in the first 6 months (coding exposure will reduce as the team grows)

• Perform code reviews and be responsible for the deployments

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of development experience

• Experience as an engineering leader

• You have already worked on a SaaS Product (preferably in a Start-up)

• Expert-level knowledge of the MERN-Stack + Typescript

• Strong understanding of Cloud (preferably AWS) + GraphQL

• Proficient in spoken and written English
