Remote Tech lead needs 5+ years' experience

Remote Tech lead requires:

Required Skills:

Full Stack Developer - Java, Angular framework in their recent experience, spring boot, Web and API, understanding of Agile based technology. Lead design - designing and implementation, talking to business folks, doing stand ups sprint.

• 4 or more years of hands-on strong experience with Java, Angular 4 and higher (Must Have) or React

• 4 or more years of hands-on experience in UI frameworks (Angular Material, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3)

• 7 or more years of experience with I.T experience with experience in development

• 4 or more years of experience in developing Microservices and Spring Boot

• 4 or more years of experience in Automation frameworks like Cucumber, Gherkin and testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma or Protractor

Desired Skills:

• Agile software development methodology

• 4 or more years of experience with Spring/Spring Integration frameworks

• 4 or more years of experience with service oriented architecture (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP)

• Experience in using JIRA, code quality tools, defect tracking tools

• Build Tool Experience (Gradle)

• Code versioning (GIT)

• Good understanding of the web browsers and web applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Micro frontend

• Experience in deploying application to OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes

• Mobile development is a plus

Remote Tech lead duties:

• Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs

• Perform system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting that meets the stated project objectives

• Identifies and manages dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs

• Identify and communicate technical risks, issues, and changes

• Perform coding to written technical specifications

• Contribute to design review meetings with other members of Application Development

• Perform complex defect verification, debugging, testing and support

• Investigate, analyze and document reported defects

• Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates that meet SDLC standards

• Create the software's architecture and/or employ rapid application development tools

• Drives analysis of problems to understand root cause and provide and implement recommended solutions

• Lead and participate in Scrum Meetings
