Worklio got started in 2017 but our core team history dates back to early 2002 – we have been making complex B2B and B2C applications used by millions of people while processing billions of transactions for over 20 years. We are currently building the #1 Embedded Payroll + PEO Platform. With our extensive API platform, our partners can create their own user interface and can offer customers a payroll product with Benefits, PEO, Time and Workers’ Compensation modules. Our goal is to build a modern, intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for all our partners, their clients and employees.

We are now looking for a passionate, talented WordPress Fullstack Gutenberg developer with an eye for detail for our new payroll project. The ideal candidate should consider himself or herself, mid-level or senior level.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintain our WordPress site
• Close cooperation with our design and front-end team
• Collaboration with our marketing team

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress Gutenberg Theme and Plugin development
• Experience with ECMAScript 2015 (ES6 and up) features
• Experience with Asynchronous JavaScript
• Ability to write JavaScript without reliance on jQuery
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience using Git (mostly just push and pull)
• Great CSS skills
• Perfect pixel design-to-code implementations
• Must speak and write fluent English
